Processing Time All orders are processed within 2–5 business days. Orders are not processed or shipped on weekends or holidays.
Domestic Shipping (United States) We offer the following shipping options:
- Standard Shipping: 5–8 business days
- Express Shipping: 2–3 business days
International Shipping We ship to select international destinations. International orders may take 10–21 business days depending on the destination and customs processing. Please note that customs fees, duties, and taxes are the responsibility of the customer.
Order Tracking Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. You can use this to track your order status.
Lost or Damaged Packages If your order arrives damaged or is lost in transit, please contact us at lo2usflower@gmail.com within 7 days of the expected delivery date so we can assist you.
